Within the resilience program in the irrigation and agriculture sector, funded by the United Nations Development (UNDP), the meetings on the importance of women’s participation in water user associations and problem-solving began yesterday 28 of November. In the meeting, two educational materials about the importance of women's participation in user associations were reviewed effectively. A mechanism and plan for activating the role of women in these associations in managing the water resources of the district were discussed. At the end the meeting minutes were drafted about what was discussed and the agreed suggestions and recommendations were by the participants.
